Experience the Stream Types
STANDARD A standard stream consists of a well-defined pathway, with a proven method for engaging customers. This allows us to provide you rapid product and launch time backed by years of user-experience expertise. Examples include welcome messages, simple registrations, lead capture, FAQs, and navigation via call-outs or standard menu options.
CUSTOM This type of experience stream involves a tailored journey designed to achieve multiple objectives. Examples include multiple decision pathways, unique props and tools like calculators and diagrams, wizards such as questionnaires, and interactive dialog boxes that contain two-way interactions, appointment setting or even shopping cart integration.

AVATAR + IVA The IVA or 3D avatar isn’t necessary for iDAvatars to deliver great customer engagement, but it is quite effective. We can personalize the character based on general audience demographics or let users decide which avatar suits them. Choose from over 500 character choices with a wide range of lifelike or cartoon males and females, varying ages, body frames, and cultural and nationality identities. Learn more on our IVA page.
WIZARDS Wizards create guidance on an already existing form or application, or a new one to meet your objectives. Customers can be walked through the entire process or access help only when needed. iDAvatars’ solutions integrate with already existing help buttons and provide additional voice or text explanations. Your customer’s wish is our command.
VIDEO We can create scenario-based or explainer videos so your customers can learn about the value of your product or service and fully engage themselves in an immersive experience. The videos can be serious, funny, or anything in between.
DIALOG BOXES Dialog boxes are almost as unlimited as character choices. iDAvatars is able to integrate eCommerce options, web pages, social media, click-to-chat and email, forms, appointment setting options, FAQs, and much more. We ensure the most popular navigation choices are available and that all boxes are branded with your logo and/or online color palette.
PROPS What you see when you click these icons are props. They illustrate intent, give instructions, showcase multimedia, act as online tools, or display product images. We have created interactive props such as luggage dimensions, video players, device images, and even floor plans. The combination of the avatar, text, and images ensure we adapt to a range of experiential preferences.
CALLS-TO-ACTION Calls-to-action enhance the self-service process and prompt customers to take specific actions during the virtual assistant conversation. The conversation is precisely timed with the call-to-action so users take next steps, learn about the website, read important information, fill out forms, and accurately complete transactions.
