Tony DeLollis – COO/CTO
Tony DeLollis is a highly experienced systems architect and product leader with almost 20 years of computing and business experience. Prior to joining CodeBaby, Tony was the owner and co-founder of Venti Solutions, a software company that enables small to medium-sized businesses to manage distributed computers remotely. Tony’s previous experience includes providing product direction and management of mid-market initiatives for FrontRange Solutions, serving as CTO and early founder of Saligent Software, and designing, creating, and managing a customer centric web application for Premiere Technologies. Earlier in his career, he managed initial software development at USA.Net, and served in development and architecture roles at MCI, BMC Software and Trilogy. |

Robert Gaffney – CFO
Robert Gaffney brings over 20 years of financial management experience and leadership to CodeBaby. He oversees all financial and administrative operations for the company including: budgeting, revenue recognition, monthly customer accounts(s) reconciliation, taxation, audits and collections. Before joining the CodeBaby team, Rob worked as Chief Financial Officer of Intelliden, Inc., a private venture-backed network management software and services company which was purchased by IBM. While with Intelliden, he was instrumental in implementing financial controls and cost efficiencies while working as a strategic partner to the CEO to scale the company. Additionally, Rob held senior financial positions at Commerce One, Genentech, Ameritech and Harris Investment Management. An Illinois native, Rob holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder as well as a M.B.A. in finance from the University of Chicago. He and his family live in Colorado Springs and are true mountain bike enthusiasts. |

Neil Lamoureux – VP, Engineering
Neil is an experienced leader in software architecture, software development, and project management and brings more than 25 years of experience to CodeBaby. Neil has led the engineering effort of CodeBaby from the beginning and at times has led product management, art, services and support. Neil’s previous experience includes leading teams on large scale system integrations, including ERP and CRM solutions in the government, utilities and services sectors while a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Neil also managed projects delivering custom software and implementing customer-centric website systems. Before that, he developed software in the telecommunications industry for large-scale customer information and billing systems, ERP systems, and telecommunication infrastructure systems. Neil has a BSc (Honours Math) and an MBA from the University of Alberta. |

Dr. Ray Muzyka is currently Senior Vice President, Electronic Arts and co-founder and Group General Manager, BioWare. Dr. Greg Zeschuk is Vice President, Electronic Arts and co-founder and Group Creative Officer, BioWare. Ray and Greg are Co-Chairs of the Board of Directors for CodeBaby. |
