SaaS University Conference Features CodeBaby CEO as Keynote Speaker
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – July 19, 2010 – CodeBaby announces CEO Patrick Bultema will be a featured keynote speaker at the SaaS University Conference in Washington, D.C. on July 20-22, 2010. Bultema will present: “Analyzing and Optimizing the Customer Experience Online.” Bultema’s keynote is part of the SaaS University Conference, which is recognized as the most comprehensive program in the industry on launching or running Software as a Service from a licensed business model.
“CodeBaby is a natural fit at this conference since we take the online customer experience and provide a unique solution with proven results, which are providing dramatic value for our customers, ” says Patrick Bultema, CodeBaby CEO.
Bultema’s session focuses on the ultimate measure of customer experience. In the past, this has been a face-to-face conversation, but this has changed now that customers prefer being online. His session provides insight into the nature of human behavior online, drawing from scientific theories and studies to help in overall website optimization efforts.
“Patrick’s presentation deals with a cutting edge topic; the psychology and science of how people interact with websites and the most effective way to maximize interaction and increase revenue as a result of that,” said Rick Chapman, Publisher and Managing Editor of Softletter. “Anyone who’s ever visited a website with interest in finding out more about a company’s products and services and left after a few seconds in disgust after experiencing a poorly designed interface will find this presentation of great interest.”
